To join the UKPA please download and complete the UKPA Membership Application 2017 form from below,  and send it, along with a cheque (if applicable), to Jan Jenkinson (Membership Secretary), Bearcroft Barn, Upper Goosehill, Broughton Green, Droitwich, Worcs, WR9 7ED or e-mail to membership@ukpolocrosse.co.uk

You can now pay by Bank transfer (BACs), cheque, credit/debit card or by five monthly installments by Standing Order – see the Application form for further details.

Yearly Membership types and rates – 2017

Senior Player
£110 – Players aged 21 yrs and over on 1/1/2017

Under 21 Player
£60 – Players aged under 21 yrs on 1/1/2017

Family
£220 – 1 or 2 parents/guardians and children of that family under 21 yrs on 1/1/2017

New Senior Member
£60 – First Year only

New U21 player
£30 – First Year only

Overseas Player
£110

Non Playing
£35
£25 for all Non-playing UKPA Appointed Officers and required club officials (Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and CWO)

Temporary Membership
£10 – Single Event (max. 2 days)

28 Day Membership
£28 – 28 consecutive days

Only one event or 28 day period membership is allowed in any one calendar year.

To play at the UK National Championships all players have to be fully paid up members by the 1st of June and have played at least one tournament with the club they play for at Nationals. Overseas players must have played two tournaments with the club they play at Nationals with.

What do you get for a player membership?

• The opportunity to participate in UKPA tournaments, events and social activities
• Opportunity to train as an accredited UKPA umpire and coach
• Opportunities to participate in International tours, both to and from the UK
• A public liability insurance policy
• Access to a network of other playing and non-playing members of the Association
• A free copy of all UKPA magazines and newsletters
• A voice in the development of the sport locally, regionally and internationally
• Access to UKPA accredited umpires and coaches and the Association’s resources

What don’t you get? (amongst others)

• The payment of tournament fees at individual UKPA tournaments
• A personal insurance policy

Membership money is also used to fund the following activities

• Membership of the UKPA to the British Equestrian Federation, which allows us access to central government funding
• Membership of the UKPA to the International Polocrosse Council (IPC)
• Fund other activities to grow, improve and promote both the sport and the organisation

What do you get for Club Membership

• The opportunity to participate under your club name in UKPA tournaments
• Entry of your club into the UKPA leagues
• A public liability insurance policy to cover your club events
• Access to a network of the other clubs of the Association
• A copy of the UKPA tournament pack and handbook
• Each club gets a voice at the club council meeting held each year

Club Membership money is also used to fund the following activities
